At SteppedIn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
